Mediation

Mr. Clark is a Certified and Court Approved Mediator who conducts mediation in a wide variety of civil disputes, including court ordered and privately retained matters. He has been accepted by the Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence.

Settlement Conferences

Mr. Clark, a retired attorney with over 42 years of civil litigation experience, conducts settlement conferences. The District Court of Maryland appointed him as a settlement conference attorney and regularly utilizes his services.
